ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਲੋਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਜਮਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਮਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੱਲ ਮਿਤੀ 16/5/2025 ਸਵੇਰੇ 10:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਜਮਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਬਸੈਂਟ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਮਿਤੀ 14 ਮਈ 2025 ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਜਾਰੀ ਡੇਟ ਸੀਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਮਿਤੀ 12 ਮਈ 2025 ਕਾਲਜ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਵੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲੈਣ, ਫੀਸ ਭਰਨ, ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਕੰਮ ਆਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਆਮ ਵਾਂਗ ਲੱਗਣਗੀਆਂ।

ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਿਤੀ 12 ਅਤੇ 13.5.2025 (ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਮਿਤੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਿਤੀ 9 ਅਤੇ 10.5.2025 (ਸ਼ੁਕਰਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ) ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਮਿਤੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਿਤੀ 9 ਮਈ 2025 ਅਤੇ 10 ਮਈ 2025 ਸ਼ੁਕਰਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵਿਦਿਆ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਖੇ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।

ਮਿਤੀ-08-05-2025 ਸਮੂਹ SC ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ 60% ਸ਼ਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਫੀਸ 10-05-2025 ਤੱਕ ਭਰਨ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਤਿ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਸਮਝਿਆਂ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਸਾਰੇ MCA-2, B.Voc SD-3, CS-3 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੀ ਹਾਰਡ ਕਾਪੀ ਜਮਾ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ 10 ਮਈ ਹੈ।ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ 10 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਫਾਈਲ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦੇਣ।

ਮਿਤੀ-02-05-2025 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਫੀਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਕਲੈਰੀਕਲ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ SC ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਈ ਸ਼ਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਤਿ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਸਮਝਿਆਂ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਿੱਤੀ 1-5-2025 ( ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ) ਨੂੰ ਮਈ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਕਾਰਣ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ । ਸਕਿਉਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਜਰ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਕਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਥਿਉਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਪਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਨ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤੇ ਹਾਜਰ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ।
